You’ll receive your anamnesis and wellness journal. These forms are our entry point into the deeper work - gathering the details that allow me to understand your body, lifestyle, and aspirations.

In our 60-minute in-depth session, I review your anamnesis and any additional points that need attention. Together, we discuss the Starting Protocol and structure how you’d like this journey to unfold - with time and space to give deeper attention to your needs.
